“This article reviews the esoteric field of scalar electromagnetics, in its current and potential strategic military uses, by state and non-state actors. The conclusion, prevalent in American defence circles is that the USA is under a major threat of destruction from a loose coalition of elusive enemies that may be in possession of the new generation of electromagnetic and neuro-biological arms.
