Health & Wellness 102: Capsaican lessens electrical signals in blood cell muscles, increasing blood flow, oxygen transfer and reducing pain.
So, how do you biohack your blood flow and veins to maximize oxygen transfer to your brain and body, while relaxing your veins, arteries and capillaries? Capsaican is my solution.
Everyone knows that blood vessels, capillaries, veins and arteries need to be kept clean so they can flow. However, they are not like pipes and can expand and contract. However, when they get plugged up from the inner diameter through the entire flow channel up with plaques, these days comprised of self-replicating synthetic biology, proteins (including Sars-Cov-2 spikes) and cholesterol it can create serious issues and over time will simply result in cognitive decline and fatigue, brain fog and various other symptoms due to the simple fact that you're body’s key organs and electrical loads are not receiving the oxygen required for optimal performance. Further, if you drink a bunch of coffee, it increases acidity, which enables parasites, molds, fungus, yeast and other hostile organisms (synbio and bio enabled) to grow in your body. I love my coffee, but I don’t like the acidity of it, so I always cut it with coconut milk and add cinnamon. However, when you drink coffee it contracts your veins and arteries, resulting in an increased flow velocity through your body’s circulatory system, thereby increasing blood pressure.
The transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V member 1 (TRPV1), also known as the capsaicin receptor and the vanilloid receptor 1, is a protein that, in humans, is encoded by the TRPV1 gene. [2]
Further, upon prolonged exposure to capsaicin, TRPV1 activity decreases, a phenomenon called desensitization. Extracellular calcium ions are required for this phenomenon, thus influx of calcium and the consequential increase of intracellular calcium mediate this effect. Various signaling pathways such as phosphorylation by PKA and PKC, interaction with calmodulin, dephosphorylation by calcineurin, and the decrease of PIP2, have been implicated in the regulation of desensitization of TRPV1. Desensitization of TRPV1 is thought to underlie the paradoxical analgesic effect of capsaicin. The analgesic effect is a pain reliever, yes that is right, capsaicin results in relaxing your blood vessels, increasing oxygen transfer and reducing pain. [2]
Therefore, what is a stellar drink that can be consumed all day long that increases oxygen transfer, while relaxing your blood vessels, veins, arteries and capillaries? I found out that caspican derived from cayanne peppers is just the solution. Further, I’ve tested this out multiple times at various locations and it has a repeatable effect. Within 15 to 30 minutes after consuming a glass of cayanne pepper and tumeric in water I feel cognitively clearer and literally can feel my blood vessels and veins relax (of course this is to an increased EMF sensitivity that I have from a 2022 failed neuroweapon hit job where I was dosed with graphenes and then shot-up with a directed energy weapon system that in-situ magnetized the graphenes and almost resulted in me meeting my maker, but God was looking after me).
So, if you can’t bear the taste of raw cayanne pepper and tumeric (will have separate article on this) with alkaline water, then a Virgin Bloody Mary is just the answer. Why? Because it has all the ingredients required to clear out your circulatory system, but without the poisonous effect of alcohol (yep, that’s right alcohol kills your neurons and dumbs you down, there is a whole other topic that we can get into with respect to the basis of the term “spirits” utilized in the alcohol industry, but that should be for a separate article. I’m qualified to talk about the alcohol industry and “spirits” due to our novel work in photoelectrochemically converting carbon dioxide and water into ethanol (e.g. spirits) through U.S. Government funded work with Department of Energy and Department of Defense. [2]
So, back to the Virgin Bloody Mary delivery method for capsaicin and a good ingredient list [1]:
Tomato Juice (no sugar added and fresh tomatoes used, not canned)
Lemon Juice
Olive Juice
Pickel Juice
Worcestershire Sauce
Horseradish
Hot Sauce (e.g. contains the caspaicin)
Cayenne (e.g. contains the caspsaicin)
Tumeric
Kosher salt
Garnishes can include:
Olives
Green beans (pickled)
Kosher Dill Pickles
Celery
Now, how to “enhance” your drink. I’m building a device to dose it with scalar energy based upon prior researchers work, such that it contains a mega dose of Vitamin C, D, E complexes (e.g. EM signatures encoded into it). So, a chelator and a blood flow and oxygen transfer with pain relief all in one simple beverage. If you put some pineapple in it then Bromelain will also help degrade any proteins as it is an anti-fibrolytic (e.g. go after those Sars-Cov-2 spikes). Perhaps encoding the beverage with anti-fibrolytic signatures would also be wise to simplify preparation. Thoughts?
Anyone can make a Virgin Bloody Mary, the key is to use fresh vegetables and no added sugars with alkaline spring water, not tap water.
Here is the drink that I have daily:
Self-distilled spring water + cayenne pepper + tumeric + coconut oil + sodium citrate served warm. As the warm fluids circulating in the blood stream it removes synthetic biology, while minimizes hydrogel agglomeration, has a viscosity reduction effect, enlarges the blood vessels, increases bulk flow rate, increases oxygenation of brain, relaxes the blood vessel muscles, reduces inflammation, reduces pain and most importantly is super low cost and simple to prepare so not an economic burden on anyone.
Remember, when I’m evaluating various nootropics to heal from a failed neuroweapon hit job in 2022, I’m testing specific compounds at specific time intervals to isolate the effect. Then I’m combining these compounds.
Example: Will start taking Methylene Blue [4] again and integration MB into the nootropic dosing regime as the dosing of MB passes through the blood brain barrier BBB and it helps mitigate Tau Protein formations. [5]
Future iteration is to enhance all of the above with scalar waves from vitamin c (e.g. ascorbic acid), vitamin d, e and b stacks. However, keep in mind when you consume fresh, live vegetables and fruits it comes with the scalar wave force fields from nature directly. Therefore the dosing of an item with scalar waves is useful on a cup of self-distilled water from a spring to minimize the economic hit on the pocket book and make the entire process super sustainable for stellar health, at least this is my gameplan. Talking with others attacked by neuroweapons and also groups, not many are able to recover. Thanks to God I’ve cognitively recovered to the point where I’m able to ramp-up reverse engineering of the failed neuroweapon platform and continue to counter act it at material world and EM world levels (transverse and non-transverse physics based). Posting on here helps to share this working proven knowledge, applied in the perceived world so others don’t get bogged down cognitively with neuroweapons and psionic weapons.

Thanks for the healthy tips. I have been taking Dr. McCullough's protocol; Bromelain, Nattokinase, and Curcumin along with my other supplements. Your idea to add Capsaicin and Tumeric is brilliant. I am not a pickle juice person but I will give it a whirl. Great ideas!
Thank you for this detailed information and recipes to include this in our daily routine. I’ve been taking Global Healing’s Brain Health that includes several forms of Tumeric and will definitely add Capsaicin after reading this article. Do the ratios/measurements for the ingredients in the drink with SC make a difference? If so would you be willing to share how much of each you use?
