Law Enforcement 101: Wetware Thieves on Your Turf

If you're a police officer, sheriff, bounty hunter, marshal, retired military or first responder, you need to understand the latest wetware tactic that our enemies are doing in your communities now.

Okay, police and sheriffs in democratic nations. One of the latest wetware enabled thefts is going down by your local banks now. First off, if you’ve never heard of wetware, it is a wire tap inside of someone’s body. If you rip their shirt off to find the wire tap, you won’t see it. You need specialized equipment, which enables you to frequency scan and get a response from a biological system and a synthetic biological system with integrations between the two.

Wetware technology is dual-use and a weapon system when adversarially used, or use other people by dosing them with it and then the people dosed (unknowingly and not complying with the criminals or adversarial AI organism controlled by a group or simply independent, mad scientist experiment gone bad), yes this is what the world has in it now due to electrosmog energizing the junk everywhere it self-evolves, also called contamination, virtual nation states, etc. and it can be independent or linked to a nation state Artificial Intelligence Bio Cyber Physical System AI BCPS. Terrorists can dose a group of people in a room, say City Hall, and then let the wetware junk grow in the people then link it to their AI and cybersecurity hacked hardware in a city or two and then wreak havoc, and your local law enforcement, sheriff and police will be clueless unless you’re aware of wetware before hand.

Here is the operation thieves are doing that are wetware enhanced by our enemies in democratic nations:

#1 The wetware person (knowingly or unknowingly) parks a vehicle by an ATM (can be 20 yards away) or by the bank.

#2 The wetware in the person is transmitting on a channel (e.g. frequency) that interacts with other people who have our enemies wetware in them from various non-invasive dosing attack vectors.

#3 The enemy wetware broadcasts the message cybernetically “what’s in your bank account” and then the person walking out of or into the bank that has adversarial wetware non-invasively dosed into them responds with the amount of money in their bank account.

#4 If the amount of money is of interest to our enemies, then they will log the vehicle’s license plate, frequency scan the person’s vehicle automotive control system and the person’s home, phones and wifi all automated by the adversarial wetware artificial intelligence system.

#5 then the automated system that the data was fed to, AI based maps out a way to complete the theft either at once or over a slow period of time without the person being aware of it.

Welcome to adversarial Artificial Intelligence AI based wetware warfare by our enemies, trying to whittle down democratic nations by destroy the economic power from within our nation states. This is going down now in America and has been for at least five years, but it has been steadily ramping up.

I utilized 2023 and part of 2024 to figure out the “cognitive front lines” where a frequency scan came back positive that the adversarial weapon was literally inside of my body (e.g. wire tap inside of body, a CAT scan or MRI/fMRI won’t detect it, the materials of construction were designed this way by CCP to fool majority of democratic nation state Medical Doctors MDs not trained on wetware and synthetic biology weapons of war) and from there have been removing it, which is how I’m back up and running and attacking ChinaCCP and proxy terrorist groups full-throttle to help others being cognitively capped and messed with.

In 2021 I turned down from China and Russia that wanted to put money into my company Reactwell. The Russians were professional and polite, the Chinese were sneaky and went through a shell company in Caribbean to hide their source, but I planted a cookie on them and tracked them to Beijing, China. In 2022 had a meeting with one of my old bosses, owned data centers, etc. (e.g. Transformyx was the company name, had data center at Jimmy Swaggart complex in Baton Rouge, LA USA) and he wanted me to prototype and go to manufacturing with an CMOS camera system for resorts, I told him that I could do it, but would NOT do any of the work with China and get it manufactured elsewhere, do it in America or India. He questioned this decision, stated that everyone goes to China for electronics manufacturing (e.g. the response was like a robot, not typical of him to respond in this manner, probably bugged by CCP as well).

Then, while on contract via SBIR/STTR with DOD DAF AFWERX for a distributed ordnance and photoelectrochemical energy system STTR Phase 1 with Duke University, in 2022 I got rammed (benz drove into my truck, literally moved from left lane into right lane to nail me, my truck tore up the benz, the truck kept on running). The ramming is classified as an “act of terrorism” and not insurance reimbursable.

Then, when Russia invaded Ukraine I got shot up by a Key-Signal (Directed Energy Weapon DEW, Non-Kinetic-Threat) that activated the wetware in “perch” mode inside of my body that was spying on me to then go and covert kill and cognitively degrade me, as well as broadcast an active loud biobeacon (the DEW attacks in 2022 rapidly and uncontrollably grew the wetware junk planted in me prior to the “activation key signal”). Make sure your business has a solid Cognitive Intelligence CI program before doing any work with DOD to ensure you don’t get messed with like our team did, specifically went after key person, CTO and founder of Reactwell (e.g. me). The DOD never briefed me on wetware review, screening, etc. which in hindsight makes sense cause it was an SBIR/STTR with a small business. Well, now days, our enemies are going after small businesses in the Defense Industrial Base DIB as the DoD is working to diversify into larger and smaller businesses to shore-up the DIB and our enemies don’t like that. Cyber attacks and weird bot and wetware linked people then auto-email me when I post stuff negative against Xi and ChinaCCP, within seconds.
