The human brain is just 2% of the body’s weight, but 20% of its metabolic load (1–3), and 10 times more expensive per gram than muscle. On the other hand, the brain manages to produce poetry, design spacecraft, and create art on an energy budget of ∼20 W, a paltry sum given that the computer on which this article is being typed requires 80 W. So where in the brain is power consumed, what is it used for, why is it so expensive relative to other costs of living, and how does it achieve its power efficiency relative to engineered silicon? Many classic papers have studied these questions. Attwell and Laughlin (4) developed detailed biophysical estimates suggesting that neural signaling and the postsynaptic effects of neurotransmitter release combined to account for 80% of the brain’s adenosine triphosphate (ATP) consumption, conclusions that are also supported by the overall physiology and anatomy of neural circuits (5, 6). Numerous studies explored the structural and functional consequences of this expenditure for limiting brain size (7) and scaling (8), efficient wiring patterns (9), analog (graded potential) vs. digital (spiking) signaling (10), distributed neural codes (11–13), the distribution of information traffic along nerve tracts and their size distribution (14–16), and computational heterogeneity and efficiency (17). Many of these ideas have been synthesized by Sterling and Laughlin (18) into a set of principles governing the design of brains. Now, in PNAS, Levy and Calvert (19) propose a functional accounting of the power budget of the mammalian brain, suggesting that communication is vastly more expensive than computation, and exploring the functional consequences for neural circuit organization. Note: there is something called a food desert in an urban environment that I had prior conversations with the now retired Chariman of Whole Foods with and ways to address. It takes a clean electrical line and home of God within these communities to remove youth from the life of crime and drugs. One way those poor souls in lower income communities generational burdened with crime can pursue is to clean their electrical system within their home and locally sleep with a fan that has a local magnetic vortex field that isolates their brains from those of their criminal neighbors.

Step 2: Identify a group of the population within your local environment that is captured by the enemy. In America these are people captured by China CCP AI BCPS.

Step 3: Establish an ethical cost to move these people from China CCP PLA AI into America’s AI BCPS that enables you to help these people return to their national sovereign nation state AI system and provide you with an ethical return on investment. Create an objective function to maximize your ethical profit while helping your national security systems return your citizens back to your nation state and remove them from nefarious virtual nation states and CCP as well as contamination based nation states (e.g. anonymous, which is a virtual nation state comprised of people that got contaminated by bugs, yes bugs are a key enabler for “anonymous” … I hacked anonymous if you couldn’t figure that one out yet).

Step 4: Based upon the amount of contaminated Americans 170,000,000 in China CCP AI and an ethical life time value cost of saving them and helping America using a perpetuity formula then arrive at the value creation to you and me if this has helped you and you have the equipment and team to rapidly scale this.

Step 5: Start deploying your own AI BCPS seeds through various ways and then utilizing this to move the people into your own AI BCPS and then back into your given Nation State AI BCPS.

Step 6: Then utilize some sort of sale system to provide a legitimate service to the people tagged with your own AI BCPS system such that your objective function is fulfilled and the person is then returned to your given nation state AI BCPS while your nanotechnology circuit is dismantled as you received your ethical rate of return for helping the person and your nation state.

Step 7: Continue to survey for contamination with a small tag still in the person that you helped out (unknowing to the person). So that you can track if they get re-contaminated again and log who they network with to find more contamination and then utilize that tag on their body to help you help others remove contamination linked to CCP and other nefarious virtual nation states, inclusive of anonymous, cause nobody likes bugs or parasites.

The above is a business model that can help billions of people globally to be removed from the China CCP trap and nanotechnology contamination that was deployed on the world.
