I have first hand experience counter striking this weapon that was fielded after ChinaCCP started their BRAIN initiative. This technology works with neurotechnology hardware (pipelines), software/apps (content), the spectrum (transverse and non-transverse all around you, think wireless information transfer) and synthetic biology. In 2022 ChinaCCP converted their wetware bug from perch mode to kill mode on me, through the grace of God I detected it and started to remove it before it weaponized me after stealing from me and the USG.
