So how do you track someone through 3d space, time and the vacuum? Biometric identification insitu that sheds into 3d space and time when entering from the vacuum. Yes, this is real.

There have been many reports of unique MAC and associated identifiers being transmitted from people living and after they have passed.

Further, I personally logged via a failed neuroweapon the broadcasting of more than ten unique MAC identifiers and various wifi names from materials and published on these findings, which were used to perform syn-bio-man-in-the-middle wetware spying.

Further, I've reverse engineered ChinaCCP Tik Tok Neurostrike to the point that I have confirmed data that the Tik Tok neurotechnology app is linked to psionic ELF transmitters and a scalar transmitter system to enable the Tik Tok surrogates being weaponized to receive information ahead of time through the ChinaCCP new physics neuroweapon (e.g. NeuroStrike) that transmits the information through the vacuum to the Tik Toker surrogate (residing in 3d space and time) before an event occurs, such that their actions as guided through an AI BCPS are not only real-time, but also before-time (e.g. instantaneous with no lag or so-called ping) for a short vacuum information transfer loop. .

Therefore, Sars-Cov-2 was a bioweapon deployed or leaked (intentionally, e.g. slight of hand in spycraft) by ChinaCCP in combination with their neuroweapons comprised of the world's largest psionic ELF transmitter turned online in 2019 and a scalar transmitter and distributed receiving surrogate system that has been hacking into the national security systems of NATO since at least 2016 by our current time in 2024 as scalar data travels at 1.5 times the speed of light. So for ever 1 year of having a light bulb on transmitting light forward in time, the scalar information is traveling 1.5 years back in time.

How does it work? ChinaCCP exports manufacturing goods and foods with “seeds” that are scanned into a scalar system that logs the “seed” unique identifier, etc. Then people eat their food with ChinaCCP dirt cheap neurotechnology enabled hardware products (e.g. smart phones, smart televisions, smart laptops, smart tablets, etc.) and the “seed” non-invasively dosed inside of the person’s body then links to the smart device pipeline and starts to build-out inside of a person a non-invasively brain-machine-interface niBMI system.

Then the person is linked the “seed” mesogen:nemetic crystal to the ChinaCCP AI BCPS system.

This is most likely what actually went down in Havana Cuba that was called Havana Syndrome and now Unconventional Brain Injury UBI. Remember, UBIs are now impacting thousands of people that includes gov and non-gov personnel.

So, why did the world deploy COVID-19 vaccines? In my humble opinion, due to ChinaCCP Sars-Cov-2 virus as well as ChinaCCP technocommunism entry into neurosciences and new physics with their 2016 BRAIN initiative, inclusive of work in 3d space, time and the vacuum.

Therefore in 2019 when ChinaCCP psionic weapon (world’s largest went online they synchronized billions of people to their social credit monitoring system that had consumed prior food exported (spiked with synthetic biology pre-scanned “seeds”) and food locally produced (e.g. meats, etc. spiked with synthetic biology pre-scanned “seeds”) as well as utilizing dirt Cheap Made in China neurotechnology hardware and software content delivery platforms like Tik Tok. China’s Neurostrike circa 2013-2019 was covert and asymmetric and kicked off world war 3 WW3 in 3d space domain, time domain and vacuum.

The more advanced warfare is being conducted through the vacuum, where things get weird fast. The first and simplest method to think of the vacuum being utilized in defense and offense is to utilize it to transmit information at 1.5 times the speed of light. Simple use cases of the vacuum for information transmittal include healing of damaged cells or tissues as well as information about an event that is not good so that actions can be taken by the transmitter and AI linked system to avoid the bad event (e.g. comet or meteor entering earth’s atmosphere and destroying a city).

Specifically and mechanistically unpacking and deriving basis of the name “COVID-19” as there is a ton of mis-information out there. Sars-Cov-2 was released circa 2019 along with ChinaCCP gunning down America with the world’s largest psionic weapon and activation of “seed crystals: grown from a seed into a fully body, brain and central nervous system mesogens:nemetic control grid requiring metals, graphenes and self-replicating nanotechnology” inside of people purchasing Made in China food or Manufactured by China food in your own country along with neurotechnology hardware smart phones, smart televisions and laptops: smart enabled).

The timing of the ELF psionic when combined with neurotechnology hardware pipelines and content delivery systems like Tik Tok, encoded certain non-invasive brain-machine-interfaces into billions of people globally and the build-out of the synthetic biology in them enabled ChinaCCP to convert them into their social credit monitoring system and continue to spread into everyone else in the population that was not pre-linked to ChinaCCP. So, the West had zero choice but to counter China’s covert neurostrike program with a vaccine that is designed to outpace the “seeds” planted by ChinaCCP into Americans and Westerners by providing a “slug” of seeds into people, that has a rapid starting point to grow into a person and prevent cognitive take over by ChinaCCP NeuroStrike. I’m not saying pro this technology as personally I dislike it and those misled by it. However, in my professional opinion I am not sure there was any other immediate choice in this timeline. Keep in mind our scalar information systems communicated this hit job by ChinaCCP on the world and another timeline isn’t dealing with this junk, but we’re stuck with it so we better learn to live with it together and continue to get rid of ChinaCCP’s nefarious use of Tik Tok to continue to grow their weapon into the world, as apparently enough were penetrated by it before the vaccines were rolled out that key critical minds were cognitively capture (per intelligence community, it was the largest global theft of intellectual property). We can all now safely sleep at night knowing that ChinaCCP has been called out as a brain thief, on top of all the other thievery they’ve been doing for decades. I’m further hypothesizing here, but people stuck in a bad timeline (e.g. someone or some group tried to ruin the world, then a vaccine like COVID-19 is deployed to reset the world (e.g. the great reset) while also tagging people who figure out how to travel into better timelines or an earlier timeline of the same, scalar information transmittal is super weird, but Sean Carrol at Caltech University does a good job of explaining it and he’s responsive, especially regarding research papers still in the review pipeline at arXiv, if you ask him a detailed question about one or have unique theory. Here is a more advanced version that I personally find interesting, but strange at the same time. I’ve always been a fan and avid user of a deadman switch and I got some inspiration from G.E.s turboencabulator device that turns a switch back on when someone turns it off (automatically and every time). Therefore, here is inspiration for a new physics based deadman switch:

When you get killed it sends a scalar transmit from your current 3d space and time through the vacuum to yourself prior to getting killed with the information of what led you to being killed. Scalar time arbitrage to take out the bad guys with weapons that you don't have, small force multiplier. This includes being taken offline by a sniper at long distance or a new physics scalar weapon as the information is transmitted back in time to inform your prior self of the adverse event. This technology is also actively applied to security systems and alert systems.

Now you know why the world is so weird with China turning on their scalar system to fight against NATO’s scalar system and the covert use of NeuroStrike to mess with their neighbor in Russia first (e.g. how China acquired the new physics arsenal to mess with NATO) through cognitive capture of Russia.

Remember, Hyperwar (the real one) is in 3d space, time and the vacuum.

However, it is linear use of new physics. In my opinion new physics should only be used for good. What’s the point in destroying spaceship earth? That’s stupid. [4]
