Therefore, I am not able to interact with Telegram as it is with high probability compromised by China and Russia now.
I have had a natural aversion to telegram. Many people have invited me but I had a still small voice discourage me. The latest person to invite me has a very infested house. He is awake but has fallen into the Q anon craziness. (Perhaps this is what the issue is) I thought perhaps it was just my allergies to animals but after my second visit I still had to detox heavily. I don’t think I will be returning.
Salt rooms are in vogue in my mind going forward. Some spas and saunas have salt rooms, might be wise to try one out. I'm building my own personal salt room to fragment and trap the adversarial wetware and biofilms and simply to chill, feel grounded. Having aerosolized salt is something I'm also looking into, one of the reasons why people probably feel better at the beach (salt air inhale).

I have not picked one up yet but nebulizer I head are great to use for Alkalizing the lungs.
