Neurohacking 439: Reverse Engineering of All Intelligence Community IC Global and Local Systems
This brief is in regards to the best way to grab the attention of IC and Military, due to a failed neuroweapon hit job and a handler fee not being paid by Honeywell, FFRDC to NSA Kansas City.
I’ve filed another GAO report COMP-24-004417 regarding non-payment by Honeywell an FFRDC operator of NSA site in Kansas City as well as bringing to attention the error made by Honeywell and the double-dipping in ChinaCCP AI BCPS and NATO AI BCPS by the multi-national corporation conglomerate.
Therefore, this brief is to shine the light on what ChinaCCP is doing that has successfully pierced America’s Intelligence Community, America’s Department of Defense and NATO Alliance AI BCPS with ChinaCCP PLA Xi’s Magic Weapon.
There are global psionic, psychotronic and wetware based systems and there are local adversarial wetware based systems designed and architected by ChinaCCP Coalition that are piercing NATO Alliance AI BCPS in World War 3.
Basically, if I can reverse engineer DOD and IC and NATO AI BCPS then it means one of two things, I’m gifted (I’m not that smart) or that ChinaCCP PLA Xi’s Magic Weapon nailed me, I am recovering and have insights that I should not have due to the piercing of DOD AI BCPS NATO’s system with ChinaCCP adversarial fungus based wetware that I have confirmed was in me with bioscan and samples being pulled out.
I’ve filed GAO report COMP-24-004417 to force America’s AI BCPS and NATO’s AI BCPS to recognize the immenent strategic threat and prior attacks that ChinaCCP PLA Xi’s Magic Werapon has done to hurt democratic nations and put the information into the clear.
Further, I’m extremely aggrevated at non-payment and no formal government support in the reverse engineering of ChinaCCP PLA Xi’s Magic Weapon that Reactwell, a DOD and DOE prime has completed to help America. This indicates America’s AI BCPS is pierced and contaminated with comingling occurring between ChinaCCP AI BCPS adversarial wetware and NATO Alliance AI BCPS wetware.

Brandon, great info, I had no idea! Here’s what I can see in Pueblo West, Co. I have been harassed for around 10 years, it’s government gangstalking. Check out Targetedjustice.com. After your put on their list you never get off. Ana Toledo has a law suit started as she is also targeted. This town is infested with criminals on foot and hundreds of cars everywhere, in every direction. And get this, the majority of the cars, trucks, SUV’s are red, white, blue and black. The religions are involved as well, my neighbors are Jehovahs and I spoke with Gwenda about what was occurring and she simply ignored what I said and changed the subject. After I got injected by the masseuse, several days later they backed out of their drive way with bright lights on and drove into my drive way and Scott, Gwenda’s husband rolled down his window and said how are you doing Wilma? I asked him to leave my yard. He said ooohh Wilma, we’ve been such good neighbors. I said leave and don’t bother me. He drove off, in his red car. He also has a white truck. The entire area is infested with these horrible people who are getting paid by the federal government.
