That said, I know the more exotic tech being suggested can be misused by the uninformed, and one must be very careful to use their own good judgement at all times!

I'm preparing care packages to ship out to people for baseline spectrum scans of their local environments. This will be the first step. Any travel at this time is not the best use of resources by anyone regards to a visit.
