Does this affect DC power grids less or not at all? Also, smart meters must play a role. Crimes against humanity!

Smart meters when hacked, result in a perpetual reconnect in a recursive loop that can harm a person because the smart meter is transmitting and receiving TX/RX all the time (that is a crime against humanity). Smart meters also log and pump the data back to an AI so people's routines are well understand with respect to power consumption for "virtual" load shedding operations when required for a grid utility to not go under frequency (e.g. siphon power from the next generator and cause all sorts of horrible grid harmonics not healthy, again another crime against humanity when some power generators intentionally go under frequency).

Regarding DC power grids and their H-fields I need to do more studies on that. I know from DC Fire Truck systems that all systems have E-fields and B-fields for power, but one is not pulsating (DC). However, pulsating it via an external key-signal is a different story. The "-" ground on a vehicle is to the frame, in case anyone was curious.
